So let's give you some of the facts, which can be useful in life anytime. 
 1. CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (section 46) :Women can not be arrested in the evening - The Indian Police have no right to arrest any woman after 6:00 p.m. and before 6am, no matter how serious the crime is. If the police are found to be doing this then the complaint (case) can be lodged against the police officer who is arrested. With that the job of that police officer can be in danger.

 2.INDIAN SERIES Act 1887-Whether it is 5 stars or any hotel ... you can drink water freely and use the Wash room - According to the Indian Series Act, 1887, you can go freely to any hotel in the country and drink it drinking water and also use the hotel's wash room. The hotel is small or 5 stars, they can not stop you. If the hotel owner or an employee prevents you from drinking water or using the Wash Room, you can take action against them. Your complaint may cancel the license of that hotel. 

 3.MATERNITY BENEFIT ACT 1961- women can not be removed from the job- According to the Maternity Benefit Act 1961 pregnant women can not be taken out of the job suddenly. The owner will have to give notice of the first three months and give some part of the expenditure incurred during pregnancy. If he does not do so, then he can complain against the government's employment organization. The complaint may be closed by the company or the company may have to pay a fine.

 4.INDIAN PENAL CODE 1860.- SECTION 166A - Police officer can not refuse to write your complaint According to Section 166A of the IPC, No police officer can refuse to register any of your complaints. If he does this then a complaint can be lodged against him in the senior police officer office .If the police officer is found guilty, he can be jailed for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year or he may have to pay his job.
